Iman Rappetti, multi award winning journalist and acclaimed author of Becoming Iman, will facilitate the session which will combine the masculine and feminine addressing issues which challenge the redistribution of power.

The dynamic panel will consist of:

Andile Khumalo, seasoned entrepreneur, Chartered Accountant, and operator of growth businesses, and is the CEO of The Brodkast Group, an investor in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors.

Ashraf Garda, is the chief driver of Champion South Africa, a nation building movement  with the  vision to move South Africa from a mid-table nation to  a Champion Nation that he calls #ChampionSouthAfrica. Ashraf is an accomplished and engaging MC , conference facilitator  and personal  media trainer.

Farah Chirene Fortune, founder & director of African Star Communications (ASC) is the well-known businesswoman behind many successful corporate and celebrity brands. She is better known to her clients & industry peers as “The Pitbull in Heels”.

Nadia Bulbulia, is the Executive Director of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). Her contribution to the ICT and cultural industries spans over 20years, across both public and private sectors. As an expert in her field she has assisted government in a range of national policy processes. She also served on the boards of the SABC, the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) and the Media Development and Diversity Agency (MDDA).

Greg Maloka, is a widely recognised figure in the South African media sector. A key player in the development of iconic youth radio station, YFM, in the 1990s, today he is at the helm of the fast-growing regional station, Kaya FM

Dr Stavros Nicoloau, is the Aspen Pharmacare Group’s Senior Executive responsible for Strategic Trade Development. Previously he was CEO of Aspen’s Export Business. Stavros was instrumental in introducing the first generic ARV’s on the African Continent developed by Aspen, which has gone on to save hundreds of thousands of lives in South Africa and on the African Continent.

Verashni Pillay is the head of digital at POWER 98.7 and founder of explain.co.za, a portal aimed at making news more accessible. She was formerly editor-in-chief of the Mail & Guardian and HuffPost SA.

Zanele Morrison, is the Director of Marketing and Corporate Affairs for the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). Her core areas of expertise include change and journey management, communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership and change management delivery within financial services, public sector, telecommunications, mining and manufacturing environments.

The Summit will bring together over 250 great minds, industry experts, executives, entrepreneurs, and professional men and women, who will together advance a practical dialogue and way forward on the role of women co-creating a new leadership culture that is inclusive and progressive.

The Summit will create a platform to accelerate the influence and contribution of women, deepen transformation and inclusivity, and establish mentorship and sponsorship programmes.

Attendees will get access to high level executives and decision makers as well as an opportunity to glean wisdom from the best C-Suite leadership minds. There will be robust dialogues and debates, as well as unpreceded opportunities to network with influential people.
